Since qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, Stephen has gained extensive financial, commercial and managerial experience. He has held many Board appointments, heading up the finance, IT and company secretarial functions in companies trading in the UK and overseas involved in a wide range of industries:

	Manufacturing and distribution of passive electronic components
	High volume production of plastic moulded containers and products for the food industry
	Oil/gas combustion equipment and electronic controls - manufacturing, engineering and installations in oil refineries and power stations worldwide
	IT / PC financial systems - design, implementation and training
	Civil engineering & construction industry supplies  and equipment supply chain
	Manufacture and supply chain of road traffic management and construction equipment

 As a Management Consultant he has advised on expansion and improving profitability through implementing strategic MIT systems for SMEs in various sectors. 

 He has advised on setting up new ventures, sourcing funds and on the development of fast growth companies.

 He has held several non-executive SME Directorships and as a Corporate Finance broker he has initiated and successfully handled the negotiations of many company acquisitions and disposals.
